Supergrain Blend (80%) [Cowpea, Foxtail Millet, Moong], Dehydrated Onion, Garlic Powder, Salt, Red Pepper Powder (Paprika), Herbs (2%) [Basil, Thyme], Psyllium Husk, Sugar, Acidity Regulator (INS 330, Citric Acid / Nimbu Sat).
Add oil, curd, a little water. Stir till it pours easily.
10 mins. Still thick? Add more water.
Spread thin, medium flame, flip twice till edges crisp.
Hot, as is. Pairs well with tomato sauce.
